Again with the skate culture… slowly making an appearance in my everyday life whilst living in Toronto. I completely appreciated it and I enjoyed seeing the progression in the people I encountered.

I created this video of the homie as, from when I first met him to three months later I saw how much he progressed. Also everyone has their own unique swag, not just with how they carry themselves, but even their skate style. Kiki was one of those authentic personas that I encountered, that I felt could effectively be captured on video. I knew I wanted to be creative with the editing and had a general direction I wanted it to go in. The music for me in any video I am editing plays one of the biggest roles and once I had found the right song, the rest came pretty easily. As I have a tendency for doing, I went into this without any real plan as to how the finished product would look, but I was certain on what I wanted to include.

As I am new to video and video editing, I am slowly learning new techniques as to how to produce better content. But whilst improvising with my filming and editing, I am pleased with the outcome of my final video.
